Key Responsibilities as an Accounting Supervisor:

📊 Prepare accurate and timely US GAAP Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements (P&L).

🔍 Proactively identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function.

📅 Collaborate in Month-End Close activities to ensure prompt and precise financial reporting.

👥 Provide effective leadership and direction to a dedicated team of up to (5) direct reports.

🔒 Assist in coordinating and facilitating the year-end audit process.

 

Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor role:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification are required.

🔢 Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, combining expertise in public accounting and corporate accounting.

🎓 MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is a plus. 💻 Proficiency in ERP systems, with preference given to candidates with SAP experience.
