Overview of the Payroll Coordinator role:
- Manages workflow as it relates to timely delivery of all aspects of company payroll.
- Audit timesheets to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed.
- Accurately record and document all transactions, as directed.
- Ensure records, transactions and processes are approved and in compliance
- Review and assist in implementation of payroll automation and process improvement.
- Ensure accurate taxation and garnishment is applied.
- Conduct year-end reporting of W-2s.
- Support any end-of-the-month closing and audits.
Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Coordinator:
- 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Ideally previous experience with payroll and payroll systems (ADP
