Overview of the Payroll Coordinator role:

  • Manages workflow as it relates to timely delivery of all aspects of company payroll.
  • Audit timesheets to ensure wages and benefits are properly distributed.
  • Accurately record and document all transactions, as directed.
  • Ensure records, transactions and processes are approved and in compliance
  • Review and assist in implementation of payroll automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure accurate taxation and garnishment is applied.
  • Conduct year-end reporting of W-2s.
  • Support any end-of-the-month closing and audits.

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll Coordinator:

  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ideally previous experience with payroll and payroll systems (ADP
