What you will do as an Accounting Manager …..

• Coordinate the month-end, quarter and year-end accounting close requirements
• Maintains the general ledger chart of accounts
• Manages the account reconciliation process for owned accounts
• Reviews and approves journal entries
• Analyzes monthly trial balance
• Support and participate in internal audits and other control processes.
• Champion for process automation/improvements efforts
• Manages modifications/improvements to processes, policies and practices

What you need to bring to the table….

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 to 4 years of GL experience
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with limited direction
• Develop and document business processes and procedures while ensuring strong internal controls
• Provide strategic and financial guidance and meaningful analytics to cross-functional business partners
• Manage Percentage of Completion Accounting (POC)
• Assure appropriate financial management technology platforms and systems are in place to sustain and expand a growth-oriented business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high transaction, and high visibility environment
