• The Lease Accountant/Analyst will report to the Senior Accountant and Sr Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting

Overview of the Lease Accountant/Analyst role:

• Coordinate monthly lease accounting processes
• Prepare ASC 842 entries and reports
• Perform monthly and quarterly controls regarding lease accounting processes, including preparation of documentation
• Assist with accounting and reporting as it relates to leases
• Serve as a resource for the internal and external auditors, corporate accounting team and tax department
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the Sr Accountant and the Sr Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting at a large, multi-location corporation or public accounting firm
• Strong ability to multi-task and enjoy its challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Working knowledge of ASC 842 lease accounting
