2. Tax Provision Manager – HOT!!!  – $120K – $140K (with quarterly cash bonus up to 35%)
   1. Reports to VP of Tax
   2. Overseeing the provision process
   3. OneSource Experience is a MUST
   4. Oversight of compliance needs
   5. Manage the annual tax provisions under ASC 740

3. International Tax Manager – HOT!! – $120K – $145K (with quarterly cash bonus up to 35%)
   1. Monitoring and managing international tax relationships
   1. Preparing and reviewing foreign corporate income tax returns
   1. Inbound and outbound US Taxation issues experience
   2. Public / Industry mix

4. Director of Global Tax Operations – HOT!! – $200 – $235K (with quarterly cash bonus up to 35%)
   1. Oversee and manage US Federal, State and Local Income Indirect and Property Tax compliance
   2. Leading external audit
   3. Tax entity set up and budget management
   4. Foreign Income Tax Compliance
   5. ASC 740 accounting for income tax

5. Senior Tax Associate (3-5 years)
