Overview of the Controller role

• Manage the month end close for two companies

• Cash Forecasting
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
• General Ledger Reconciliations are completed timely
• Ensure all Inter-Company transactions are recorded and balanced, with eliminations occurring where necessary
• Maintain Fixed Asset Registers
• Strong grasp of GAAP Accounting Policies
• Effectively manage accounting staff
• Excellent skills in complex problem solving, planning, and program development
• Experience in assessing, evaluating and recommending technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst :

• CPA preferred but not required
• 8+ years of supervising a team
• ERP Implementation Experience
