The Senior Corporate Accountant must be a quick learner who can efficiently prioritize and work on multiple projects to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Support the month-end close process by providing analysis and preparing journal entries
- Coordinate information across multiple business units, build effective business relationships with others in the Company
- Reconcile all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
- Prepare assigned budget/forecast information for the corporate entity
- Monthly preparation of certain stock-based compensation related entries and supporting schedules
- Preparation of the supporting schedules necessary to complete various external SEC reports
- Assist in coordination and support of the annual audit and quarterly review activity with external auditors
- Conduct special projects
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- “Big Four” experience is preferred
- Strong working knowledge of SEC regulations and US GAAP
- Experience with HFM, Navision, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborative with strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing and working independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- CPA Certification is preferred
