Our centrally-located, publicly traded Oil & Gas client is looking to add an experience professional to its Tax Group. After some major acquisitions a new tax group is being formed here in the Houston office to focus on Federal Income Tax. This role will directly support the Tax Manager within a group of seven.

 

Tax Specialist | 10+ yrs | 110-130K

Tax Analyst III | 3-6 yrs | 70-80K

Duties:

• ASC 740 Provision (Federal compliance)
• Report to US Tax Manager
• Assists in the preparation of Federal & Partnership level returns
• NO international or consolidated returns

Requirements: 

• 3+(10+) years of federal/partnership tax experience
• CPA is preferred
• Public & Industry backgrounds welcome
