• Newly created position
• Manager　I spoke with was hired 4 years ago as the 50^th employee – they now have 200, plan to triple in size over next 3 years　
• One of the fastest growing banks in TX –　several branches in Dal, Hou, ATX – grow organically and via acquisition　
• Focus on high net-worth individuals and private sector, not retail　
• Don’t have any troubled loans (like many banks do)
• Target hire in early March　
• Will do financial accounting, statements, reports monthly, quarterly, annually – take from GL, build out financials to report to FDIC, OCC, other agencies　
• Banking experience preferred, other financial services ok.　
• Degreed
• Salary – 75-80K – discretionary bonuses
