Coupa Administrator / Accounts Payable
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities for the Coupa Administrator / Accounts Payable:
• Administer, maintain, and optimize the Coupa procurement platform
• Provide front‑line Coupa support to suppliers, dental offices, and internal users
• Manage AP system activities within Great Plains, including invoice processing and batch posting
• Serve as the internal Coupa knowledge expert, supporting automation and training initiatives
• Partner closely with the Senior AP Manager and provide backup support for critical functions
Qualifications for the Coupa Administrator / Accounts Payable:
• Hands‑on Coupa administration experience (certification preferred)
• Solid accounts payable experience within a medium‑to‑large organization
• ERP system experience, preferably Great Plains or similar platforms
• Proven ability to own and support financial systems end‑to‑end
• Experience supporting internal users and external vendors in a systems environment
