What you’ll do:

• Own financial reporting (quarterly statements + book-to-GAAP)
• Manage loan draws, cash flow waterfalls & equity schedules
• Support audits (external + engineering reimbursements)
• Oversee lot & commercial sales accounting
• Handle AP/AR processes and ensure clean, accurate data
• Track MUD reimbursements & property taxes
• Partner with project teams + leadership on ad hoc needs

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years of GAAP accounting experience
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance  
• Real estate or development experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills
