Key Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office: manage front desk, welcome visitors, sign for packages, and handle mail
- Keep office stocked and organized: manage supplies, check printers, support general upkeep, and coordinate vendors as needed
- Assist with scheduling, special events, and supporting meetings for the leadership and accounting teams
- Provide technology support and basic troubleshooting (SharePoint, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Support ad hoc projects and operational needs based on talent and interest, with potential to take on higher-level assignments
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required—intellectual curiosity and drive are key
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to team success
- Comfort with technology, digital records, and office application tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
- Positive, “no job too small” attitude; eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
