Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities across all entities
• Oversee monthly consolidated financial reporting and annual budgeting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and required tax filings
• Manage accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, collections, and general ledger
• Partner with the CFO on treasury management, banking relationships, and cash strategy

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 8+ years of accounting and budgeting experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or people leadership role
• ERP system experience
• Exposure to debt financing
