HR Business Partner
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
- Act as a strategic advisor to plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Support full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
- Partner with talent acquisition to support hiring strategy, candidate experience, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp).
Qualifications of the HR Business Partner:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR from an accredited university. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
