Key Responsibilities for the Regional Finance Director

• Own P&L and balance sheet performance for the region
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
• Oversee month‑end close and ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Maintain statutory compliance, governance, and internal controls
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and capex oversight
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional finance team

Qualifications for the Regional Finance Director

• Chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or CIMA)
• 5+ years in a senior finance role within a regional or multi‑site environment
• Experience in industrial services, engineering, or project‑based operations
