Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable including PO & non-PO invoices, credit memos, and vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies across multiple locations
• Review, code, and record company credit card transactions and expense allocations
• Maintain vendor files including W-9 documentation
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounts payable experience with PO systems and GL coding
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
