Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base + bonus + full benefits

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Business Partner:
- Influence and coach site leadership while driving the shift to a strategic, talent-focused HR model.
- Lead and advise across the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, engagement, development, retention.
- Champion and guide culture transformation across both frontline teams and exempt staff.
- Use HR analytics and workforce metrics to inform strategy, planning, and decision-making.
- Serve as the primary HR leader for the site—ensuring alignment to core values, safety, compliance, and high performance.
Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Demonstrated success in influencing leaders and driving culture or organizational change.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
