Key Responsibilities

Advanced Portfolio Review & Financial Analysis

• Lead detailed financial reviews of portfolio companies, identifying performance trends and key risks
• Evaluate business drivers, profitability metrics, and operational performance
• Develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

Financial Modeling & Analytical Leadership

• Enhance and refine financial models to improve reporting accuracy and analytical depth
• Lead complex financial analysis projects and synthesize findings for senior leadership
• Drive deeper evaluation of financial trends, forecasts, and performance metrics

Presentation & Stakeholder Interaction

• Present analytical findings and recommendations to managers and senior executives
• Serve as a key contributor in case study reviews and portfolio performance discussions
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights

Project Ownership & Initiative Leadership

• Take ownership of assigned portfolio coverage areas and related analytical deliverables
• Lead special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts and support their development on financial review assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in public accounting or transaction advisory
• Strong financial statement analysis and business acumen
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
