Key Responsibilities:
• Perform full‑cycle accounting including AP, AR, general ledger management, journal entries, and close activities
• Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries with accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement schedules and supporting documentation
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, preparing detailed financial reporting packages
• Monitor and maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and related transactions
• Investigate and resolve errors or inconsistencies in financial data for assigned cost centers
• Support internal and external audit requests and schedules
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
