What you will be doing….

  • Help manage the accounting team including accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, payroll accountant and a senior staff accountant
  • Assist with quarterly budgets and projections
  • Prepare accurate, timely consolidated financial statements each month
  • Create monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Analyze financial statements
  • Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
  • Assist with quarterly debt covenant calculations
  • Reconcile cash accounts daily
  • Review and authorize bill payments and employee expense reports
  • Review and supervise the semi-monthly payroll
  • Proactively shares ideas and contributes ongoing suggestions for enhancement of the company


What you need to bring to the table….

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA needed
  • 2 -4 years’ experience in general accounting or public accounting/audit experience
  • Experience with computerized ledger systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
