Salary: $65,000–$68,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project billing processes, including setup and invoice preparation.
• Review and approve subconsultant invoices and ensure accurate revenue adjustments.
• Participate in billing meetings and resolve client inquiries.
• Maintain project lifecycle tasks such as opening/closing projects and updating billing terms.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or 5+ years of billing/accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or similar industries preferred.
