What You’ll Do

• Lead FP\&A for all manufacturing operations: forecasting, budgeting, and decision support.
• Build reporting and dashboards that capture global financial and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to design and implement cost control and margin improvement initiatives.
• Provide insights into cost structures, plant performance, and operational drivers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, presenting data-driven recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep FP\&A or cost-focused finance experience within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills; comfortable managing complex data.
