• Lead month-end close and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee cost and inventory accounting, analyze variances, and support production efficiency.
• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Drive process improvements and ERP enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and strengthen accounting practices.
