Role Overview

As Corporate Controller, you’ll oversee all corporate accounting functions and play a key role in strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to influence financial operations at a global scale while mentoring a talented team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of senior accountants and a tax manager.
• Drive excellence in:
  • Corporate consolidation (including international entities)
  • Internal reporting and intercompany reconciliations
  • Foreign currency translation and cash forecasting
• Manage monthly close and maintain the general ledger.
• Consolidate international financial results and produce timely financial statements.
• Ensure proper GAAP/IFRS treatment of transactions and advise leadership.
• Coordinate with external tax and audit partners.
• Oversee processes for amortization, lease accounting, and debt roll-forward.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
