- Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
- Drive monthly close and process general ledger (GL) journal entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate on P&L reviews and trend analysis with 45+ site managers
- Execute straight-line accruals, expenses, and ad hoc entries with precision
- Communicate financial insights to a diverse, non-finance audience
- Grow into expanded duties, including advanced financial statement review and partner projects
- Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1–3 years’ accounting experience with core GL/close functions
- Hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365/AX (or ability to master quickly; real business system experience required)
