You’ll work closely with an experienced Finance Controller who promotes autonomy, mentorship, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and audits
• Manage grant and restricted fund accounting and reporting
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while identifying process improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities

Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar ERP accounting software
