Senior Accountant
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 base

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
- Support financial reporting, including internal reports and audit preparation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal financial policies.
- Maintain accurate records for grants, donor funds, and restricted accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.
Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or healthcare organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel; experience with financial reporting tools preferred.
