Key Responsibilities of the AR Accountant:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, coding issues, and account variances.
• Assist in month-end close by preparing AR reports and reconciling accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities to ensure accurate billing.
• Support compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/FASB) and internal policies.

Qualifications of the AR Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in required. CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an AR role. Experience with nonprofit accounting is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
