Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage accounting functions including payroll, AP/AR, and the general ledger
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Oversee internal controls, compliance, and annual audits
• Present financial analysis to senior leadership and board members
• Drive financial strategy and support institutional goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
