Cash Applications Supervisor
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 base + bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities of the Cash Applications Supervisor:
- Manage daily cash operations including ACH cash concentration and distribution processes, account reconciliations, and cash positioning
- Serve as primary contact with banking partners, handling account openings/closures, KYC updates, entitlements, and user access requests
- Support acquisitions by participating in partnership calls, managing new bank setups, and providing onboarding support for treasury processes
- Maintain and update treasury-related spreadsheets, reports, and control files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with reconciliations, audit requests, issue resolution, and process improvements
- Provide leadership, training, and development to the cash management team, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications of the Cash Applications Supervisor:
- 5+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate banking experience
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Strong knowledge of banking platforms (e.g., CashPro, merchant services, credit card systems)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
