Overview of the Office Manager role:
- Oversee daily office operations, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Reconcile credit card/bank statements and prepare financial/aging reports.
- Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating meetings and travel.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership.
Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager role:
- College degree or 3+ years of office administration experience.
- Supervisory or management experience; QB Online Pro Advisor Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability.
