Overview of the Office Manager role:

  • Oversee daily office operations, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Reconcile credit card/bank statements and prepare financial/aging reports.
  • Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating meetings and travel.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications for the Office Manager role:

  • College degree or 3+ years of office administration experience.
  • Supervisory or management experience; QB Online Pro Advisor Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability.
