Senior Accountant (Accountant II) – High-Impact Role with Growth and Visibility

Salary: $90K – $100K/year + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting analysis for month-end close
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and managing audit requests
  • Manage or support sales/use and property tax filings and ensure compliance
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules and perform related reconciliations
  • Document accounting cycles and implement best practices for process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (public and/or private)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Experience with Dynamics GP or cloud-based ERP systems preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
