Title: Controller – Family Office

Salary: $150k – $180k w/ bonus – depending on experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for trusts, foundations, and affiliated entities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and support annual audits
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, fiduciary requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Act as primary point of contact for external CPAs, legal counsel, and investment advisors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within a family office, wealth management, or public accounting
• Proficient in JD Edwards ERP software – required
