Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple business units, including month-end close and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Support integration of newly acquired entities into financial systems and processes
• Partner with operations and FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with audit preparation and implementation of process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, ideally in a multi-entity environment
• Experience with Sage accounting software and strong Excel skills
