Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Manage the annual audit and serve as primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial insights to support acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related industry required.
