Salary: 110K to 120K

My Client, a well-established investment-focused organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting for investment activities including capital calls, distributions, and daily cash reconciliations.
• Monitor fund correspondence and take action on items related to Corporate Actions, FATCA, CRS, etc.
• Prepare and review monthly investment reports, asset graphs, and asset allocation reconciliations.
• Review accounts payable and grant ACH payments.
• Perform general ledger entries and support daily accounting operations.
• Contribute to annual and interim audit processes, tax estimates, and federal/state filings including 990PF, 990T, FBAR, and more.
• Stay current on changes in GAAP, audit compliance, and tax laws.
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
