What You’ll Do:

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in financial analysis, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
• Provide guidance on accounting standards and support compliance efforts.
• Work closely with external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting-related projects and improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred (or working towards CPA).
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
