Overview of the Controller Role:

  • Coordinate all audit activity.
  • Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Assist leadership with annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
  • Oversee payroll processes.
  • Manage and track the performance of invested assets in keeping with policies and investment guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Sage experience.
  • Non-profit experience.
