What you will be doing as an Accounting Associate…

• Handle accounts payable entry for both drop ship and inventory payables.
• Invoice customers through various portals, including Ariba, OpenInvoice, and Coupa.
• Enter and post commission orders accurately.
• Assist in processing customer purchase orders as required.
• Make accounts receivable collection calls to ensure timely payments.
• Perform other accounting, administrative, and clerical duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, customers, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide support to outside sales personnel.
• Check, respond to, and follow up on all emails promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain acceptable attendance.

What you need to bring to the table as an Accounting Associate….

• 2+ years of AP/AR experience
• Attention to detail, exceptional written/verbal skills
