What you will be doing as a Collections Specialist…

• Manage collections process, including contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Set up new customer accounts, verifying information, establishing credit terms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns, and facilitating a positive experience for both existing and new customers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals.
