Responsibilities:

• 📝💼 Collaborate closely with the Controller and Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• 🔍 Review and prepare journal entries for complex accounting areas.
• 💼 Perform month-end and quarter-end close procedures, meticulously reviewing account reconciliations.
• 💰 Manage treasury functions, including cash flow projections and cash management.
• 🧾🔍 Assist in coordinating audits, providing crucial information for smooth audit processes.
• 🤝 Work closely with Investment Management and Luxembourg accounting groups, sharing essential information and reports.
• 🗂️ Maintain accurate structure charts and ownership schedules for operational efficiency.
• 👩‍🏫 Provide supervision and support to Accountants within the team.
• 💼 Assist in setting up new projects, ensuring seamless project initiation.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• 👩‍💼 Two or more years of professional accounting experience.
• 🏆 CPA designation
• 💪 Ability to lift general ledgers, files, records, and computer paper (approximately 5-35 lbs.).
• ⏰ Willingness to work overtime as needed.
