Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic financial goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
- Monthly Reporting: Coordinate the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting of financial results.
- Forecasting Excellence: Drive the quarterly Forecast submissions, annual budget preparation process, and present findings to leadership.
- Analytical Mastery: Prepare variance analysis, bridges, and commentary on monthly and quarterly Operating Reports.
- Global Impact: Provide support for corporate consolidations, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 5+ years in Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis, with expertise in consolidations, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency translation.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Hyperion, Smartview, FCC, or Longview. Strong computer skills, including ERP (IFS, SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel Skills, and Power BI+.
