1. Goal Setting and Policy Implementation: • Assist in developing and implementing financial goals, policies, and procedures.
2. Monthly Close Process: • Plan and track the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
3. Forecasting and Budgeting: • Drive quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation. • Present forecasts and budgets to the leadership team.
4. Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare monthly and quarterly Operating Reports with variance analysis. • Coordinate the preparation of weekly flash reports and ad hoc schedules.
5. Consolidation and Analysis: • Prepare and analyze corporate consolidations, both domestic and international.
6. Financial Systems Support: • Provide support and training for financial reporting systems (HFM, FCC, Longview) and IFS or ERP.
7. Financial Modeling: • Develop financial models for decision support purposes.
8. Special Projects and Presentations: • Support the leadership team with special projects, presentations, and ad hoc analysis.
9. Process Improvement: • Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives for efficient and accurate financial reporting.
10. Communication and Adherence: • Maintain essential accuracy and communication to uphold all Corporate and Segment reporting standards.
