Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances, forecast cash flows, and optimize fund usage for operational needs.
  • Investment Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds, considering risk tolerance and market conditions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate, currency, and credit risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee hedging activities.
  • Debt Management: Manage the company’s debt portfolio, including issuing and servicing debt, and optimizing the cost of capital.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, including financial statement preparation and disclosures.
  • Banking Relationships: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate terms, and secure favorable banking arrangements.
  • Treasury Operations: Oversee daily treasury operations, including payment processing, wire transfers, and cash positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, cash management, and investment strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software SAP.
