About the Role: As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in our fast-paced, rapidly growing company. You’ll manage multi-state payroll, support HR functions, and more, ensuring compliance and driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process multi-state payroll
• Manage employee records
• Ensure compliance with training and safety requirements
• Assist in recruiting and hiring
• Administer HR programs
• Maintain compliance with employment laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• 3+ years of Multi-State Payroll Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• SHRM CP certification (preferred)
• Hybrid schedule (3/2)
