This is an ideal career move for candidates with 5-8 years of industry experience, complemented by 1-2 years of public accounting experience and a profound understanding of the business landscape. Success in this role demands an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional communication skills, as it involves extensive interaction with professionals at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant Controller Oversight: As the Assistant Controller, you will provide oversight of accruals and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial activities.
• Internal Controls and Policies Assistance: Contribute your expertise to the development and implementation of robust internal controls and policies, directly impacting financial processes.
• Financial Statement Preparation Under Assistant Controller Guidance: Play a pivotal role as an Assistant Controller in preparing comprehensive financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Month-end, Quarterly, and Annual Close Management by Assistant Controller: Effectively manage journal entries, invoices, and account reconciliations for month-end, quarterly, and annual close as the Assistant Controller.
• Annual Audit Support Provided by Assistant Controller: Provide vital assistance as the Assistant Controller in the preparation and facilitation of annual audits, guaranteeing a smooth process.
• Internal Reporting Supported by Assistant Controller: As an Assistant Controller, contribute to the review and development of internal reports, supporting decision-making at the management level.

Qualifications for Assistant Controller:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required for the Assistant Controller role, while a CPA designation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Financial Expertise of Assistant Controller: Profound knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), essential for an Assistant Controller.
