Overview of the Controller:

• Assign task to Accounting team
• Work on year-end
• Heavy reconciliations
• Provide direction to new staff members
• Accounting projects

Preferred Qualifications of the Controller:

• Controller, Director of Finance or Accounting Manager experience
• Non profit experience
• Robust organization skills and detail oriented
• Likes to solve complex work and streamline processes
• Solid MS Office skills
