Job Description: As the Vice President of Finance, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entirety of the company’s financial close processes. Lead, mentor, and cultivate your dedicated team. Collaborate closely with the VP of Operations to drive operational efficiency and enhance margins. Guide the selection and implementation of a new ERP software system. Champion process enhancements where necessary to optimize financial performance. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the executive leadership team. Direct the annual audit process and foster relationships with external vendors.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a Division/Subsidiary of a Public Company or Corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with SOX Controls, GAAP, and Accounting/Finance and IT functions oversight.
  • Track record of leading, developing, and coaching teams of substantial size (10+ members).
  • A preference for a large company environment combined with a close-knit, family-oriented culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MBA & CPA are highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within the Manufacturing sector.
