Overview of the Staff Accountant role:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Staff Accountant Must Have Highlights:

• 2+ years of related job experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• High Proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite and Oracle Experience
