• Collaborate on budget and forecasting processes, working closely with operations.
• Elevate accounting and finance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

• Foster successful partnerships with auditors for seamless audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• A track record of 6+ years in accounting and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience of at least 3+ years, ideally in a manufacturing setting with cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and overall computer skills.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and OneStream is a plus.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and profit eliminations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to different company locations (<10%).
